The personnel is a 10, extremely attentive and welcoming. The food, the amenities, anything was Excellent. We spent a great stay and also the dinner was tasty. We cherished Kingtown Hongkou Shanghai. We will come back there!

I have stayed for two days with my spouse. Beds ended up comfy and the space was constantly clean. The personnel were incredibly helpful and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was good. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Good location, every little thing is close. Staff members are super welcoming and helpful and speak excellent English. There are actually activities just about every evening and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s really small. Great value for the price!

Super hotel, anything is nearby. Employees are tremendous welcoming and handy and speak wonderful English. You can find activities every night time and it´s a very good way to meet persons. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s extremely slight. Good quality for the money!
